What is the Cutest Cub Club Contest?
It is a fun and endearing contest designed to showcase just how photogenic and precious your little cub looks dressed in an old-world, traditional photoshoot. The best part? No professional photography is required! How does your little nugget compare? Is he/she the fairest of them all? Every baby is beautiful inside and out, but who has the class or sass to make it look good in a photo? Let's find out!

CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
This contract constitutes the four corners of a legally binding document for all contest entry participants.
I. ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENT
Failure to include any of these six steps will result in an automatic disqualification from The Yarn Stork©'s Cutest Cub Contest.

Your baby must be wrapped in, or be sporting at least one Yarn Stork item from the Artisan Shop (blanket, bonnet, booties, etc.).

You must be a permanent United States resident with a physical United States address.

You must attach your chosen contest picture to the submission form.

The submission must include your confirmation number/order number/invoice number to validate proof of purchase (this order number will validate the mailing address or email).

Your baby must be between the ages of 0 and 9 months old.
II. PRIVATE INFORMATION
The Yarn Stork will never share, display, or sell any personal information provided for contest determinations; any information used or collected to prove eligibility will be strictly confidential and used for contest purposes only.
III. PRIZE(S)
Only one winner will be announced at the end of the voting period, unless a larger or overwhelming number of applicants apply (in which case multiple winners will be announced). All contestants will choose between prize(s) which consist of:

Prizes are subject to change without notice and at The Yarn Stork©'s discretion.
IV. NOTIFICATION
The winner will be announced privately via email from info@theyarnstork.com before the grand reveal.
NOTICE
Please do not accept notifications from "The Yarn Stork" unless they are from the verified domains listed in this contest's terms and conditions contract. We are aware of floating scams claiming to represent both small and large businesses.

The Yarn Stork© will never request personal information such as social security numbers or personal banking details.
If you have information regarding an attempt to obtain your personal identifiable information using any variation of the domains mentioned, please contact artisan@theyarnstork.com and include screenshots so immediate action can be taken.
V. GRAND REVEAL
Your cutest cub will be featured in our official Yarn Stork Blog and our specialized monthly newsletter! Not to mention, placed on a pedestal for all to adore and challenge in future contests.
VI. DISCLAIMER
The Yarn Stork is not responsible for the actions of others who participate in contest drawings, or the actions of others browsing the World Wide Web. You're submitting your picture at your own discretion.
VII. AGREEMENT
By submitting my baby's photograph to The Yarn Stork's "Cutest Cub Club Contest", I agree and adhere to all listed rules, terms, and conditions. I have read all contest requirements from "ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS" down to "AGREEMENT", and submitted my completed "E-SIGNATURE CONTEST SUBMISSION FORM," so I may willingly enter and obtain the winning prize(s) and recognitions. In turn, granting The Yarn Stork© full licensure and trademark rights to the photo I choose during submission for present and future use on The Yarn Stork's website and in its advertisements.
